THE PROBLEM
Unsafe Restrooms
Unfortunately, in the world we live in some peoples disregard for the safety of others can impact the most innocent of us, such as our children. The trash that you see here was created by a single individual from one extended visit to the restroom.
Damage
Repairing damage such as what is picutured often costs more than the cost of our professionally installed locking system. Then there is the issue of customers not having access to a working restroom.
Overflow Damage
Two of our customers have experienced overflow vandalism damage where someone went into the restroom, clogged a toilet then proceeded to flush it several times in order to create a substantial overflow. In one instance, the overflow reached the dining area, resulting in the dining room needing to be closed until repairs could be completed and a health inspection completed. This damage was VERY expensive due to downtime.
Vandalism
Vandalism, until repaired is a constant reminder to your paying customers that you location may not be a safe place for them to bring their family.

DIY?
More Like DI-Don’t Even Think About It.
These pictures are of a location that had a coin mechanism which was removed for not being ADA compliant. The business owner initially chose this DIY solution. As you can see, one keypad (Mens room) has been destroyed. These “Home Depot Specials” were never designed to withstand the rigorous demands of a commercial location let alone a location that’s at risk of vandalism.
